We live in a house in Dublin city centre. We are looking for someone reliable, trustworthy, sensible and kind. We are looking for someone to help out with our two children as I will be at home with our new baby, who is due at the end of August. The Au pair will be expected to help with the children in the mornings and bring them to creche (10 minutes walk away). She will also be expected to do light housework, play with the children and do some babysitting. I worked as an au pair as a student, myself, and had a very positive experience. Growing up, I had Au Pairs at home, many of whom I am still in contact with. We feel that it is important for our Au Pair to attend English classes while with us, to help improve her English and to make friends. We live in a house 15 minutes walk from Dublin city centre, so our Au pair will have plenty of things to do and see in her free time. We are looking forward to welcoming our au pair to dublin and to our home.
We are looking for an Irish au pair to live with us at our home. We have an 8 month old boy. We live in the country side in Co Kildare about 5km from the nearest small town and 12 km from Carlow town. 1 hr from Dublin.
We require an au pair who will carry out light housework and cook dinner on occasion. We also have a dog and it would be great if the au pair could bring the dog and our son for a short walk each day.
We live in a 4 bedroom house so the au pair will have her own double room. We have Wi-Fi throughout the house so she will be able to keep in contact with family and friends. A television is not currently in the room but one can be provided if required.
We are a young couple, married 2 years. I am passionate about sports, especially Gaelic Football while my husbands plays in a band at weekends. We would encourage the au pair to interact with the local community and become involved in sports/socialising etc. We hope that our au pair will become part of the family for the duration of her stay with us.
I work on a 6 day on 4 day off rota so the option is there (on occasion) for the au pair to return home for those 3-4 days.
