We have 5 chiuldren, 3 girls and 2 boys, age 4 to 11. It is a lively house and a loving home. The house is also a Guesthouse so there is never a dull moment. There is lots of living space, we are near a village in a picturesque part of the country. Dublin is less 45 mins on the bus. This is a long term position if you so wish as the children do get attached and we have had au pairs before.

We would treat our au pair fairly and respectfully and our focus would be to make sure both children and au pair are happy in our home! We would like some structure to the children's daily routine! Outings, playground, painting, cooking ! We would prefer if au pair attended college while here in the evenings or weekends! And speaks english quite well! We also would prefer if the au pair had a lot of experience with children.

    Message to Au Pairs

Would you like to try a job which is different during your summer holidays? We are a family with no young children (our daughter is 26!) and we are looking for someone to help in our family business, which is an outdoor market stall. The job is for 3-4 days a week in the market plus 5-6 hours housework and we pay £80-100 a week depending on how many days you work. The job will help you improve your English, become familiar with UK culture and also you will be shown how to sell, display goods and communicate with all kinds of people. There is some light physical work involved at the market. At the moment, we have a Latvian girl to help us and she is going home for the summer holidays. We have had a lot of other European girls who have done this job including a Czech girl who still lives with us but who now works in London! We are looking for someone who is helpful, friendly, outgoing and not lazy. There is a lot of free time to explore London which is about 40 minutes away by Underground and every evening is free. Living conditions are the same as an au pair, with your own large room, double bed, t.v., meals etc. We are looking for someone who can come from June onwards - and who can stay at least 4-8 weeks. We live in Zone 4 north-east London on the Central Line and we are looking for a non-smoker (please be honest) with a good standard of English . Age 18+ please. If you are interested please reply to me - I look forward to hearing from you! Thanks, Judy.
